During his residency Ben Quilty will make work with a Vietnam veteran living in Hill End to look at the way the harsh landscape of the surrounds of Hill End mirrors the dark psychological aftermath of war. By exploring this he will also be investigating the inter-generational damage of Australia's involvement in wars overseas.
